Abstract
The present Act lays down provisions relating to wildlife in the Northwest Territories. The Act deals with the following matters: licences and permits, wildlife management, hunting and related activities, possession and use of wildlife, administration, offences and punishment, wildlife conservation, harvesting rights and related activities, commercial activities related to wildlife, Wildlife Management Advisory Council, Game Council, wildlife harvesting and management. The text consists of 128 sections divided into 4 Parts.
