Abstract
The present Law enacts the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the distributions of tasks between the Cantonal government and the municipalities. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Pollution of waters (B); Prevention of other negative impacts on water (C); Financing and contributions (D); Water Restoration Fund (E); Legal protection and penalties (F); Final provisions (G).
