Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 3 October 1975 and the related Ordinance of 8 November 1978. Article 1 establishes that the Law regulates the navigation on navigable waters of the Canton Schwyz as far as the federal legislation does not apply. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (I); Competent authorities (II); Official supervision (III); Miscellaneous provisions (IV); Legal aid (V); Final provisions (VI).
