Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Population and Civil Protection Act of 4 October 2002 and the Federal Act of 8 October 1982 on national economic supply. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Federal Acts in the Canton Thurgau. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Tasks (2); Management (3); Organization, vocational training, financing (4); National economic supply (5); Proceedings (6); Transitional and final provisions (7).
