Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Environment Protection Act of 30 March 1998 and the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on protection of waters of 27 January 1997. Article 1 establishes that the competent authority shall levy fees for official acts or for the use of public facilities in the sphere of environment protection and water protection. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fees for information (II); Fees for inspection of heating systems (III); Fees for public events with sound and laser (IV); Omissis (V); Fees relating to facilities for water-polluting liquids (VI); Omissis (VII); Fees for authorization of the general drainage plan (VIII); Fees relating to withdrawal of material and backfilling (IX); Fees relating to civil protection (X); Transitional and final provisions (XI).
Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 1999.
