Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Act of 29 April 1998 and the Ordinance on the declaration for agricultural products banned from production in Switzerland (Agricultural Declaration Ordinance) of 3 November 1999. Article 1 establishes that the Consumber Protection Office is responsible for the execution of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. The text consists of 3 articles.
