Ordinance implementing the Federal Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance of 19 October 1988. The environmental impact assessment is aimed at ascertaining whether the project complies with the federal and cantonal provisions. The present Ordinance consists of 26 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Terms of reference (II); Implementation of the environmental impact assessment control (III); Fees (IV); Final provisions (V).
