Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the federal and cantonal legislation on agriculture concerning investment credits, contributions to agricultural buildings, improvements of structures in mountain areas and other social measures. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I);Competence (II); Proceedings (III); Legal protection (IV); Final provisions (V).

The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2005.
Notes
The present Ordinance is consolidated as of 1 January 2006.The present Ordinance repeals all previous conflicting provisions, especially the Ordinance of 4 May 1999 on the same subect.
