Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Direct Payment Ordinance of 7 December 1998. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences for determining cantonal requirements of the biological quality of products and of the ecological network in agriculture according to the Federal Ecological Quality Ordinance of 4 April 2001. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Subject (I); Competences (II); Cantonal management contributions (IIII); Final provisions (IV).
