Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983, the Federal Air Pollution Ordinance of 16 December 1985 and the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 11 March 2007. Article 1 of the Regulation establishes that the present Regulation shall protect human beings and the environment against harmful, carcinogenic dust and soot emissions which are emitted by stationary diesel-powered machinery. The text consists of 7 articles.
