Abstract
These Registration Requirements for Target Herbicides for Genetically Modified Herbicide Tolerant Crops are formulated according to the Pesticide Adminstration Regulations, the Pesticide Registration Adminstration Measures, the Adminstrative Measures for Pesticide Registration Tests, the Requirements for the Pesticide Registration Materials and other relevant regulations, aiming to regulate the registration management of target herbicides for genetically modified herbicide-tolerant crops, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of pesticides.
In addition to the Requirements for the Pesticide Registration Materials, the registration of target herbicides for genetically modified herbicide tolerant crops shall also meet these Requirements.
