Order No. 3 [2016] of the Ministry of Agriculture - Decision of the Ministry of Agriculture on Repealing and Amending Some Rules and Regulatory Documents.

For the purpose of implementing the requirement of the State Council for reviewing departmental rules and documents, the Ministry of Agriculture has decided on: I. Repealing 2 rules and 12 regulatory documents (Annex 1). II. Amending some clauses of 12 rules and 2 regulatory documents (Annex 2).
Repealed rules include: 1. Interim Measures for the Collection and Use of Fees for the Renewal and Conservation of Fishery Resources in the Yellow Sea, Bohai Sea, East China Sea and South China Sea (Issued by Order No. 9 of the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Price Control Bureau on October 27, 1989 and revised by Order No. 39 of the Ministry of Agriculture on December 25, 1997, Order No. 5 of the Ministry of Agriculture on December 10, 2001 and Order No. 4 [2011] of the Ministry of Agriculture on December 31, 2011); Measures for the Administration of Crop Seed Inspectors' Assessment (promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture Order No. 49 on February 6, 2005, and revised by the Ministry of Agriculture Order No. 5 of 2013 on December 31, 2013). Amendments concern the administration for feeds and feed additives production licenses, the registration of imported feeds and feed additives, and approval of grassland expropriation and occupation, etc.
