Abstract
This Regulation is formulated to regulate the management of the production and business operation licenses of dietary supplements.
The Regulation consists of 34 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions; Application, acceptance, review and decision of production license; Production license management; Change, renewal, reissue and cancellation of production license; Production license supervision and inspection; Business registration; Supplementary provisions. The Article 8 and 31 specify the basic conditions to be satisfied for obtaining a dietary supplement production license or a dietary supplement business operation license.
