Law no. 39 of 2021 on the Preservation of Stocks of Raw Materials for Animal Feed and Grain for Human Use.

This Law provides for the maintenance and control of stocks of feed raw materials of animal feeds and grains for human consumption. The following relevant terms are defined: stock; competent authority; trafficker; facility; importer; trade; official audit; inspector; port; raw materials for animal feed and grain for human consumption, including: barley, feed wheat, wheat, soybean meal, corn; severe supply disruption; significant user. Matters covered by this Law include: responsibility of competent authority concerning maintenance and disposal of stock; stock holding by importers, traffickers and significant users; availability of stocks; determining the amount of stock; register; inventory control; stock replenishment of feed and grain raw materials for human use; financial resources; control of inspectors; advisory committee; violations and imposition of administrative fines; offences and penalties; power to issue regulations and decrees.
