Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Limitation of Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds due to the Use of Organic Solvents in Certain Paints, Varnishes, Vehicle Refinishing Products and Other Paints Products (Amendment) Law of 2007 and shall be read as one with the Limitation of Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds due to the Use of Organic Solvents in Certain Paints, Varnishes, Vehicle Refinishing Products and Other Paints Products Law of 2006 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Limitation of Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds due to the Use of Organic Solvents in Certain Paints, Varnishes, Vehicle Refinishing Products and Other Paints Products Laws of 2006-2007. For a better compliance with Council Directive 1999/13/EC on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations, the present Law, carries forward amendments to the first Annex (I) of the principal Law, Part B, forth column.
