Abstract
These Regulations amend the Regulations on Production and Marketing of Vegetable Plants and Propagating Material other than Seeds for Sowing of 2005. Amendments concern: harmonisation of Cypriot Legislation with the Commission Directive 2006/124/EC of 5 December 2006 on the marketing of vegetable propagating material other than seeds; list of plant species covered by the Regulations.
