Commission Directive 2006/124/EC amending Council Directive 92/33/EEC on the marketing of vegetable propagating and planting material other than seed and Council Directive 2002/55/EC on the marketing of vegetable seed.

This Directive amends Directive 92/33/EC, which applies to the marketing of vegetable propagating and planting material other than seed, by replacing the genera and species listed in Annex II. Furthermore, it amends Directive 2002/55/EC, which applies to the marketing of vegetable seed, by replacing the genera and species listed in article 2 (1) (b) and supplementing the list of species laid down in Annexes II and III.
