Abstract
The present Act may be cited as the Protection and development of game and wild birds (Amendment) Law 1989, and shall be read together with the Protection and development of game and wild birds Laws of 1974 up to 1982 (hereafter called the basic Act), and the basic Act with the present Act shall be cited as the Protection and development of game and wild birds Laws of 1974 up to 1989. This Law is an amendment to the basic Act. It amends article 5 and the first Table and replaces the second Table appended to it, establishing dues for granting hunting licences to foreigners (not citizens of the Republic of Cyprus).
