Abstract
This Act, consisting of 45 articles divided into five Parts, annexes and tables, establishes the Protection and Development Game and Wild Birds Act of 1974. It specifies all the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform hunting activity and all the activities related to wildlife sector, including hunting fees and administrative proceedings, which will be regulated by the competent Commission to issue hunting licence and authorization. This Act is divided as follows: Preliminary provisions (Part I); General provisions (Part II); Closed Seasons and Prohibited Areas (Part III); Offences and Penalties (Part IV); Final Provisions (Part V).
