Protection and development of game and wild birds (Amendment) Law 1991 (No. 27/1991).

This Law may be cited as the Protection and Development of Game and and Wild Birds (Amendment) Act 1991 and shall be read together with the Protection and Development of Wild Birds and Game laws of 1974-1989 (hereinafter referred to as 'basic law'). The basic law and the amending laws may be referred collectively as the Protection and Development of Game and Birds laws of 1974-1991. Article 24 of the Basic Law shall be replaced with the new article establishing a better application, appointed by the Commission of public Service establishing a number of persons as gamekeepers. This Law specifies duties and powers in the area of ​​their competence of these gamekeepers as follows: responsible for controlling wild game-birds or any damage to any cultivation or property in the region; to investigate, and interrogate any person who reasonably raise the suspicion that have violated the provisions of this Law.
