Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Protection and Development of Game and and Wild Birds (Amendment) Act 1993 and shall be read together with the Protection and Development of Wild Birds and Game laws of 1974-1991 (hereinafter referred to as 'basic law'). The basic law and the amending laws may be referred collectively as the Protection and Development of Game and Birds laws of 1974-1993. Type B1 of the First Schedule of the Basic Law (First Hunting weapon license) is amended by replacing the amount of £ 40,000 with the amount of «£ 50,00». Type B2 of the first Schedule of the Basic Law (Hunting License with exception of First-hunting weapon) is amended by replacing the amount of £ 20,000 with the amount of «£ 25,00». In addition, it establishes hunting permit fees and taxes to be applied according to different hunting methods and tools.
