Protection and development of game and wild birds (Amendment) Law 1998 (No. 62(I)/1998).

This Law may be cited as the Protection and Development of Game and and Wild Birds (Amendment) Act 1998 and shall be read together with the Protection and Development of Wild Birds and Game laws of 1974-1993 (hereinafter referred to as 'basic law'). The basic law and the amending laws may be referred collectively as the Protection and Development of Game and Birds laws of 1974-1998. The Type B2 of the First Schedule of the principal law is amended by substituting the amount "£ 25,00 cents" with the amount of "£ 35,00 cents." The Second Panel of the basic law is replaced by a new Table specifying hunting permit fees and taxes to be applied according to different hunting methods and tools.
