Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which is composed of 12 articles, lays down: the list of dangerous chemical substances and rules governing their use; procedures for evaluating and marking dangerous properties of chemical substances and chemical preparations; methods of calculation to assess dangerous properties of preparations on the ground of physical and chemical properties which are dangerous to health and the environment; further conditions for packaging dangerous preparations; conditions for marking dangerous substances and preparations which may cause hazards to health or the environment; warning symbols and written markings of dangerous physical and chemical properties and properties dangerous to health or the environment; standard instructions for safe use of dangerous chemical substances and preparations.
