Abstract
The Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which is composed of 12 articles, lays down: (a) the list of dangerous chemical substances; (b) conditions for using the substances included in the list; (c) procedures for assessing and marking dangerous properties of chemical substances and preparations; (d) calculation methods for assessing dangerous properties of preparations which might cause harzads to human health or the environment; (e) requirements for packaging dangerous substances and preparations, including warning symbols and marking.
