Abstract
The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 35 articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, veterinary conditions of: (a) the production of fresh poultry meat and its placing on the market; (b) the production of fresh rabbit meat and livestock meat and their placing on the market; (c) the capture of wild animals, preparation and marketing of wild game; (d) trade in fresh poultry meat, rabbit meat, game meat and livestock meat with the member states of the European Union. Poultry meat means all edible parts of carcasses from domestic birds, belonging to the genera fowl, turkey, guinea fowl, duck and goose.
