Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 29 articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community: (a) veterinary requirements for trade in semen, egg cells and embryos of cattle, swine, sheep, goats and horses with the member states of the European Union; (b) veterinary conditions of import of embryonic products from third countries; (c) conditions of issuing veterinary certification which accompanies germinal products. This Decree does not apply to artificial insemination and to bovine semen collected before 1 January 1990.
