Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Marine Fisheries Fines Ordinance of 16 June 1998. In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 6 on Implementation of certain provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 850/98; article 18 on Implementation of certain provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 2187/2005. Also article 33 on Implementation of certain provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 1380/2013 is added. The following articles are reworded: article 34 on Implementation of provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1221/2014; article 35 on Implementation of certain provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 1367/2014; article 36 on Implementation of certain provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 1393/2014; article 37 on Implementation of certain provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1395/2014.
Moreover, Annex 5 of the Marine Fisheries Ordinance of 18 Jul 1989 is amended.
