Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Inland Navigation Jurisdiction Act, and the Federal Waterways Act, and is intended to ensure compliance with and enforcement of legal regulations relating to the use of vessels or convoys in relation to the shore. The document provides clear guidelines and rules for speed limits and the display of flags on craft or convoys along the shore to ensure safe and orderly operations. The exact requirements for the flag and its positioning are specified in the Ordinance. The text is drafted in 28 Chapters and contains 10 Annexes.
