Abstract
The present Ordinance amends: the Ordinance on leucosis of cattle in its consolidated version of 13 March 1997 (BGBl. I p. 458). In particular, it rewords article 1, paragraph 2, number 4, concerning periodical blood examination of cattle.
The Ordinance on notification of animal diseases in its consolidated version of 11 April 2001 (BGBl. I p. 458). It amends article 1, paragraph 1, dealing with tasks of the veterinary offices.
The Foot-and-Mouth Disease Ordinance in its consolidated version of 27 December 2004 (BGBl. I p. 3857). It introduces minor amendments to articles 8 and 9.
The Swine Fever Ordinance in its consolidated version of 17 July 2003 (BGBl. I p. 1496). It amends article 24 dealing with disinfection; moreover, it introduces minor amendments to articles 1, 4, 11 and 13.
The Rabies Ordinance in its consolidated version of 11 April 2001 (BGBl. I p. 598); it rewords article 1 concerning vaccination.
The Fish Disease Prevention Ordinance in its consolidated version of 3 November 2004 (BGBl. P. 2754). It adds, inter alia, article 8a dealing with protected areas.
The Fowl Pest Ordinance in its consolidated version of 3 November 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2746). It adds article 8b establishing that poultry exceeding the number of 100, not exclusively kept in stalls, shall be periodically examined.
The Swine Pest Ordinance in its consolidated version of 10 November 1997 (BGBl. I p 2701). It adds an Annex 2 dealing with periodical examination of cattle.
The Marine Fisheries Ordinance of 18 July 1989 (BGBl. I p. 1485). It introduces minor amendments to article 2 and Annex 3.
