Abstract
The present Act lays down provisions relating to hunting activities in Germany. The right to hunt is subject to the authorization only for a certain area, including fostering and taking possession of wild living animals. The text consists of 46 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: Hunting right (I); Hunting districts and foster communities (II); Participation of third parties in the practice of hunting (III); Hunting licence (IV); Restriction of hunting, hunting duties including prohibition to molest game (V); Protection of hunting (VI); Damage caused by game and hunting (VII); Marketing and protection of game (VIII); Hunting boards and hunting associations (IX); Penalties (X). Final provisions (IX). One Annex is enclosed. Articles 43 and 45 are deleted.
