Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act of 27 September 1994 (BGBl. I p. 2705). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the appointment and requirements of waste management officers. The text – consisting of 10 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: sphere of application, obligation of appointment, several waste management officers, common waste management officer, waste management officer for corporations, requirements such as reliability and expertise. The text consists of 10 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Requirements of waste management officers (2). One Annex is enclosed.
