Abstract
This Order aims to prevent health hazards, unnecessary environmental damage during production, storage, use and disposal of chemical substances and products. For this purpose, the rules of this Order shall ensure the opportunity to promote cleaner technology by minimizing issues associated with waste disposal.
The Order consists of 13 Chapters and 2 Annex: Purpose and scope (1); General provisions (2); Review of chemical substances (3); Classification, packaging, labeling and storage of substances and products (4); Purchase of toxic substances and products (5); Reducing the incidence and use of chemical substances. Chemical composition of products and their sale (6); Approval of pesticides (7); Self-monitoring, information and testing required (8); Expert advice (9); Authorities (10); Court (11); Confidentiality, privacy and information disclosure (12); Penalty and entry into force (13).
