Abstract
The Order sets rules on the construction of new wells for groundwater extraction, mirroring, monitoring and dewatering, drilling with environmental and geotechnical purposes, drilling for the discharge of water to underground mining wells in Danish subsoil. Those responsible for performing a drilling must present a performance report information about drilling to GEUS the National Geological Survey Agency.
This Order consists of 9 Chapters and 2 Appendix: General provisions (1); Class A wells drill site location, drilling engineering activities and design (2); Category B wells drilling Performance of work and design (3); Clean pumping and regeneration (4); Reporting of completed wells and results of studies (5); Looping of boreholes and wells (6); Appeals (7); Penal provisions (8); Entry into force and transitional provisions (9).
