Abstract
The Order applies to the Waste Data System, to the reporting on waste and to the fee financing of the Waste Data System. Waste Data System is designed to provide information on waste and information on waste available to the authorities, establishments and companies. The Environment Protection Agency (EPA) is responsible for keeping a register of data on waste (Waste Data System) and shall ensure that municipal fees are collected in order to cover the costs of development, operation, maintenance and management of waste data system. The annual fee is equivalent to 1 580 DKK / 1 000 people and shall be distributed to each municipality. The fee applies to 2013 and shall be adjusted annually. The current fee rate is published on the EPA website www.mst.dk.
