Order No. 234 on labelling of food products.

This Order sets regulations with regard to the labelling and advertising of foodstuffs on sale within the European Community (articles 3-4, 10-15 apply only for food marketed in Denmark). criteria applies to all foodstuffs and food products, and must indicate precise ingredients contained in foodstuffs, beverages, fruit and vegetables, etc. for human consumption. Provisions in this document may be waived if the food is intended for sale within the EU and is labelled in adherence to regulations in force in the related country.
