Abstract
This Order sets regulations with regard to environmental surveillance activities in adherence to the Environmental Protection Act, the Act on environmental permits of livestock and the Act on Contaminated Soil. Its purpose is to prevent environmental pollution of (industrial) emissions and soil contamination.
The Order consists of 6 Chapters and 4 Appendices: Scope and definitions (1); Environmental monitoring plan, environmental risk assessment and frequencies of inspection (2); Monitoring report, publication and deadlines (3); Inspection and certification authority reporting to the Environmental Protection Agency (4); Appeals (5); Implementation and transitional provisions (6).
Appendix 1 - Adjusted risk scores to determine the frequency of monitoring pursuant to art. 4, section 1.
Appendix 2 Frequency of monitoring for companies and livestock (art. 1, sect. 2).
Appendix 3 - Overview of reporting categories (art. 13).

Entry into force notes
Entry into force 23 May 2013. Provisions for inspection, publication and deadline of reporting (Chapter 3) shall be implemented on 7 January 2014. For other companies other than those referred in article 1, section 2, provisions of this Order shall be implemented from 7 July 2015.
Notes
Reporting for period 1 January to 23 May 2013 shall be submitted in accordance to Order No. 99.The Environmental Monitoring Plan (art. 3) shall be made digitally available to the public for the first time on 31 July 2013.
