Abstract
The Danish Energy Agency regulates and authorizes the application for the establishment or/and the amending of energy-production plants. The goal of this Order is to ensure that standard control of pollution (hereby waste, emissions such as CO2, CH4, N2O, and other pollutants) is taken in consideration and that environmental damages are controlled (techniques and methods) when approving for such energy-production activities.
