Order No. 97 on vegetable seeds.

This Order regulates the sale of vegetable seeds of species listed in Appendix 2) which may only be traded for sowing. These provisions also apply to possession and offering for trade, distribution, delivery and other transfer payments thereof. A company based in Denmark, which produces seeds for sowing or seeds for sowing into the country where sold, must be registered with the Danish AgriFish Agency. The Order sets regulations on the variety of seeds, inspection thereof and certification of various species.
