Abstract
A batch of seed of species listed in Appendix 2 may only be traded as seed for sowing and this Order applies only to the sale of vegetable seeds for commercial exploitation. These provisions concerning trade also apply to possession, offering, distribution, delivery and other payment transactions. A batch produced abroad may be introduced into Denmark and sold as standard if 1) the variety is entered in the Danish black list or the European Community Common Catalogue, and 2) if the party is produced in a Member State of the EU. An area of seed requiring certification, shall be inspected in the growing season to ensure breeding standards in Appendix 3 are met.
