Abstract
Annex I to Directive 2000/13/EC, which lists out the categories of ingredients that may be designated by the name of the category rather than the specific name, is supplemented in accordance with the Annex to the present Directive. The text added refers to skeletal muscles of mammalian and bird species recognized as fit for human consumption with naturally included or adherent tissue.
