Abstract
Council Directive 91/414/EEC is supplemented by inserting Annexes IV and V as set out in the Annex attached to this Directive. Annex IV regards standard phrases for special risks for humans or the environment as referred to in article 16 of Directive 91/414/EEC. Annex V concerns standard phrases for safety precaution for the protection of humans or the environment.
