Abstract
The Regulation prescribes the procedures for classification, labelling and packaging of plant protection products. The Regulation shall refer to chemical plant protection products as well as products containing micro-organisms or viruses. A manufacturer of a plant protection product shall classify it in accordance with this Regulation and regulatory enactments regarding the procedures for classification, labelling and packaging of chemical substances and chemical products.
