Commission Directive 2011/15/EU amending Directive 2002/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a Community vessel traffic monitoring and information system.

This Directive amends Directive 2002/59/EC by replacing the texts in Annexes II and IV, which concern the requirements applicable to on-board equipment in fishing vessels and ships engaged in voyages (Annex II), and measures available to European Union Member States in the event of a threat to maritime safety and the protection of the environment (Annex IV).
