Annex II, Part A to Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 is hereby replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. Part A determines the products which shall be authorized exceptionally for use in soil conditioning and fertilization, in accordance with the provisions of Annex I (2) to the same Regulation.
