Abstract
An indent relative to animals and animal products is added to Annex I to Regulation No. 2092/91/EEC which lays down principles of organic production at farm level. In compliance with these new provisions, animals shall be raised in accordance with the existing national rules or, in their absence, internationally recognized practices concerning organic livestock production. Moreover, the text of Annex III relating to minimum inspection requirements and precautionary measures is amended as set forth in article 2 of this Regulation.
