Abstract
This Directive lays down amendments and addenda to certain Directives in force relating to the maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain foodstuffs. In Annex II to Directive 76/895/EEC, the entry relating to “homopropylate” is deleted (art. 1). The MRLs referred to in article 2 are added to Part A of Annex II to Directive 86/362/EEC. The MRLs laid down in article 3 to this Directive shall be inserted in Annex II to Directive 86/363/EEC. Lastly, article 4 lays down some amendments to Annex II to Directive 90/642/EEC as regards the maximum pesticide residue levels to comply with. Four Annexes are attached fixing the MRLs for pesticides allowed in certain food products, such as fresh eggs, cow milk, meat, animal fats, fruit, cereals.
