Abstract
This Regulation lays down standards for spreadable fats. The products referred to in Article 1 may not be supplied or transferred without processing to the ultimate consumer either directly or through restaurants, hospitals, canteens or similar establishments, unless they meet the requirements set out in the Annex. Under article 3 are set the rules for labelling that must contain information on the sales description, the total percentage fat and salt.
