Abstract
This Regulation establishes the conditions for obtaining the authorization to the use of the "butter" denomination for those products in which butter represents the main ingredient. Said conditions include, inter alia, a description of the ingredients and of the composition of the product, a description of the production process, and a report on the technical and organoleptic characteristics of the product.
