Abstract
This Order makes consequential amendments to primary and secondary legislation as set out in the Schedule. The amendment are consequential upon the amendments made by the Water Act 2014 to the Water Industry Act 1991 and to provisions of the Water Act 2003. They concern the water supply licensing regime in England and Wales and the sewerage licensing regime in the areas of sewerage undertakers that are wholly or mainly in England.
