Abstract
With the present Decree, in Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree 300481/84 the entries relating to Diquat shall be deleted (article 1). Annex II, Part A to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 is hereby completed by including new maximum levels for pesticide residues as shown in the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree. The maximum pesticide residue levels as shown in article 3 to this Decree are added to Annex V, Part A and B of Presidential Decree No. 497/89. Also, in Annex II of Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 are added or replaced maximum levels for pesticide residues as shown in the Table of article 4.

Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 1 July 2003 except for the provisions for fentin hydroxide, fentin acetate and chlorfenapyr, which shall be brought into force by 1 July 2004.
